The IV Men’s Matchplay is a fun, unique event to the Illinois Valley as the premier Match Play tournament. If you are unfamiliar with matchplay, it is a form of golf where you go head to head against one player but instead of keeping track of all your shots for the entire round, you only need to keep track of the shots for that hole. With the hole itself being what you are looking to win. Whoever wins the most holes or wins more holes than there are left to play, wins the match!
